This class is a soft landing for anyone ready to deepen their connection to themselves, awaken their intuitive gifts, and leave with practical tools they can use every day.
WHAT TO EXPECT.
Plan for a 2 hour session filled with informative instruction and guided intuitive practice. A take home integration packet will be provided.
Grounding Mediation
To clearly connect to your intuition, you must be anchored into your body. This class will begin with a quick grounding meditation to help root you into the present.
Intuition Essentials
This class gives you the foundational knowledge you need to confidently tap into, trust, and use your intuition.
In-Person Practice
Using your intuition is like exercising a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it becomes. This class is centered around an intuitive exercise practice to help you begin utilizing your intuition immediately.
